Guido Tresalli is a senior research collaborator at IRES Piemonte. In 2001 he graduated in Architecture and in 2004 in Building Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, where he worked for about ten years in research and teaching activities related to architectural technology. From 2005 to 2007 and from 2010 to 2013 he worked for the Regional health services acency of Piedmont dealing with the definition of tools and methods for the building and funcional assessment of hospitals in view of the sustainability of investments in healthcare construction. In 2008 and 2009 he worked at the Local Health Unit of Asti, dealing with procedures for realization of public works or for the acquisition of services and supplies. From 2013 he has been working at the Socio-Economic Research Institute of Piedmont dealing with the scientific support for the planning of investments in healthcare construction and innovative criteria for the financing and realization of public works, especially the forms of Public Private Partnership. He also participates in international efforts to identify traces of the Italian culture in foreign legal systems, expecially those of Turkey.
