Maria Cristina Migliore is Senior Researcher. In IRES Piedmont since 1988, she has a degree in sociology and holds a PhD in educational sciences. She has carried out studies in several areas, first on the dynamics of the population, later on workplace learning, subjectivity, vocational training and adult education. She also deals with healthy and active ageing, with particular attention to the organizational aspects of the workplace, from a gender perspective.
