Laurea in Political Sciences (University of Torino, Italy, 1986), M.A. in Economics (Coripe, Torino, Italy, 1991). Researcher at IRES from 1991. Two are the fields of my research: Tools of government & Local Government; then Social Policy. I'm concerned with issues such as: Finance; administrative & territorial reform; amalgamation & cooperation in Local Government; contracting out & private sector provision; partnership public/private.
Then I work on Social policy programs; financing; policy evaluation and impacts.
I carry activity in cooperation with Departments of the Regional government of Piedmont.
I have taught Public Economics in the University of Turin for many years.
