Simone Landini is a researcher. His current research fields relate to mobility and transportation, economic-financial analysis of enterprises and industries, and he cooperates with units of Regione Piemonte with studies in support and for the evaluation of policies.

At IRES Piemonte since 2001. Main fields of interest are: macroeconomics, economics and business finance, credit risk, quantitative methods for economics, finance and social sciences, simulation methods with heterogeneous and interacting agents.

He holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and a PhD in Mathematics for the Analysis of Financial Markets.
